Mr. Rustin Peters, craftsman and owner of Village Custom Kitchens and Trim, is a Pennsylvania native. For many years Rustin has made furniture, custom kitchens and trim in his spare time to supplement his families’ income. He worked full time for many of those years in the Tool and Die trade. This is where he developed his keen eye for precision and detail. Rustin decided to start his own custom cabinetry shop in 2003 as a full time business. He wanted to design and build custom kitchens, but also he liked the idea of making shaker furniture. He decided to build a few shaker hall/sofa tables to offer his clients, which soon developed into a large demand.  This lead to Mr. Peters expanding his furniture line to include other types of shaker furniture for clients.  Today, Mr. Peters' keeps busy with many shaker furniture requests, custom kitchens and baths, thanks to all his satisfied customers.
